A Respected Colleague, Inc. (ARC) employs HR professionals as Consulting Service Employees or engages contractors to accomplish the work of our clients. This work may require our employees or contractors to be on or off-site, work part time or regular hours, and travel as needed. Many times flexible work schedules are possible. Success in this work is found in our employee's and contractor's ability to assimilate quickly into our client's environment and being able to display a high level of competence in achieving the assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
The HR backgrounds usually sought include generalists, managers, directors, and specialists with benefits, compensation, compliance, employee relations, organization development, recruiting, staffing, and training experience.
ARC's Consulting Service Employees are paid competitive wages based on their experience and the nature of the work they are asked to perform. Holiday, Vacation, and 401k plans; Worker's Compensation, Disability & Unemployment Insurance; referral fees and performance bonuses are also available.
