Through the job order information gained by the Account Manager and the subsequent clarification by the Resource Manager, all certified HR professionals (i.e., SPHR and/or CCP), we gain a clear picture of the knowledge, skills, experience and behaviors required to meet the clients needs and to be successful. Additional information about the work environment, prior successes and failures in the position, compensation, etc. will round out the profile of the individual being sought. A. Based upon the information received from the client, ARC's Account Manager will arrange a meeting with the client and ARC's management.
