Process Improvement (click on the title to return the list of services)

LHK Partners LLC contacted ARC when it was apparent that their recruiting process was not producing the results they desired. After reviewing their existing process audit we were able to recommend several changes that improved sourcing, interviewing technique, and the administrative detail.

With our assistance LHK Partners is achieving their hiring goals with less cost per hire.

Sourcing Talent

GE Corporate Staffing requested ARC conduct a national study. The goal was to identify and prioritize 15-20 National Associations that should be developed as cost-effective sources for recruiting minority and female talent into entry and mid-career positions. Arc's study involved searching through and analyzing 23,000 national associations to determine the most qualified.

The project was delivered on time and accepted for immediate implementation.

Employee Survey/Retention of the Workforce

Sentinel Transportation, LLC recently asked ARC to conduct a survey of its 700+ employees spread across the country focusing on safety, job satisfaction, pay and benefit and management issues. Because of the location of the employees and nature of the business a telephone survey consisting of numerous statements and open-end questions was used. The observations and findings were presented to the Company's management team.

Sentinel heeding the survey results continues to maintain a very low turnover rate for its industry.

Compliance

Checkpoint Systems engaged ARC in 2001 to update their Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) required for renewed government contracting business. We have continued to update these plans annually for multiple company locations and have successfully defended the AAPs when questioned by OFCCP.

The Company is able to continue and expand their business opportunities as a government contractor.

Compensation Strategy and Plan

Einstein Healthcare Systems gave ARC the opportunity to audit the existing compensation program, process, resources and delivery systems, excluding physician and executive compensation and to recommend the appropriate staffing level and responsibilities for the Einstein Network's HR compensation organization to effectively develop and deliver compensation related services. The results were presented and implemented.

Einstein reaffirmed its competitive position in the marketplace.

HR Plan for Small Businesses

Applied Clinical Intelligence (ACI) an emerging pharma services company retained ARC to provide their HR function including day-to-day HR activities and to participate in the strategic planning of the business. The services were furnished under Arc's HR plan for small and emerging businesses that initially provides an HR audit, updating of policies, procedures and handbooks, plus consultation on the best strategy to serve the HR function as the company moves ahead.

ACI benefited by initiating "best practices" from the beginning and is compliant with existing laws and regulations.
